Your personal data is processed by Mekatronik Makina as the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

Quotation form: full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, country, the product groups you are interested in, your target capacity and your message. You may optionally attach a file.

Direct contact: the information you share when you e-mail or call us. If you apply for a job, the information in your CV.

Customer portal: only customers with an account issued to them can sign in.

You do not need to provide any personal data to simply browse the site.

We use the data to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, run the order and after-sales service process, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not send you marketing e-mails without your consent.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to see visit statistics. This tool places a cookie in your browser and counts your visit statistically.

A technically necessary session cookie is used when signing in to the customer portal and the admin panel; sign-in does not work without it.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. If you do, the site remains browsable and only the portal sign-in stops working.

Quotation and contact records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship requires and for the retention periods set by applicable legislation. Records are deleted once those periods expire.

We do not sell your personal data and do not give it to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data is not shared with third parties other than the hosting service that runs the site and the analytics service named above. Where legally required, information is provided to the competent authorities.

Under Article 11 of the law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing.
