01Station chain

The Dried Apricot Washing Line consists of 6 stations. The machine working at each station has its own page.
Station 01
Sack Lifting Hoist
Lifts sacks full of product and empties them safely at the line's feed point.
Station 02
Balanced Product Feed Doser
Feeds the product emptied from the sacks to the block opening conveyor in an even, controlled flow.
Station 03
Wet-Process Block Opening Conveyor
Softens blocks of apricots stuck together in water and separates the fruit.
Station 04
Vertical Brush Washing Machine
Cleans dust and residues off the product surface with rotating brushes.
Station 05
Jacuzzi
Washes the product in a bubbling water bath, cleaning residues off the surface.
Station 06
Dewatering Shaker Screen
Removes the excess water left on the product after washing by vibration.
