Universal Washing Machine (Jacuzzi)
The jacuzzi washes and cleans the product with the air bubbles it generates, adds moisture to the product and passes it on to the next station. It can run on hot or cold water.

Vertical Brush Washing Machine
The vertical brush washing machine, patented by Mekatronik Makina, removes hard-to-shift black stains and soil residues from the surface of dried fruit such as apricots, figs and dates without damaging the product.

Stone and Sand Separation Cascade
Product dropping onto the cascade together with water is cleared of foreign matter such as stones, sand and gravel. Thanks to the waterfall lifting lever, it can be cleaned whenever needed.

Wet Product Transfer Pump
Washes the product falling into its chamber with pressurised water and delivers it through pipes to the cascade by volute pump. Designed to remove dust and dirt stuck to the product.

Fan-Assisted Dewatering Shaker Screen
Separates the dense mix of water and product on the shaker screen. The fan drying system removes the water on the product in a shorter time than a dewatering shaker without a fan; the time is measured jointly during commissioning.

Aspirated Shaker Screen
Screens stones and soil out of the product dropping onto its screen deck, while drawing off light matter such as leaves, stems and debris by aspiration. It can perform sizing and foreign matter removal on products such as raisins, beans, chickpeas, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.

Sizing Shaker Screen
Used to separate the product into the required sizes; thanks to the double-deck screen system, coarse debris is also separated out during sizing.

Capstem Removal Machine
The axe-shaped blades inside break off the stalks of the product fed from the top; it does in a single machine the destemming work that takes several workers by hand. On wet product, dewatering happens at the same time.
