We build every station on the line in our own workshop; the machine park is grouped into 12 product families. Food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel is standard on product-contact surfaces, with AISI 316 used where the process calls for it.

Universal Washing Machine (Jacuzzi)
The jacuzzi washes and cleans the product with the air bubbles it generates, adds moisture to the product and passes it on to the next station. It can run on hot or cold water.

Stone and Sand Separation Cascade
Product dropping onto the cascade together with water is cleared of foreign matter such as stones, sand and gravel. Thanks to the waterfall lifting lever, it can be cleaned whenever needed.

Feeding Conveyor
Carries raw or processed product from one point to another. The chassis and trough are built from AISI 304 stainless steel; its PVC cleated belt and large trough volume make it easy to use.

Doses the product that pours out of the crate tipping machine in bulk and in lumps; the agitators inside break the lumps into smaller pieces so the product transfers smoothly onto the conveyor belt.

Crate Tipping Machine
Tips crates of standard dimensions in a controlled motion, emptying the product into the dosing hopper. With its hydraulic and electronic equipment, it provides fast and safe feeding at the head of the line.

Date Pitting Machine
Its specially designed internal blades remove the date pit. The working speed is adjusted to the product through the speed control system; the yield is measured jointly during commissioning.

Raisin Capstem Removal Machine
The axe-shaped blades inside break off the stalks of the product fed from the top; it does in a single machine the destemming work that takes several workers by hand. On wet product, dewatering happens at the same time.
