01Station chain

The Date Pitting Line consists of 6 stations. The machine working at each station has its own page.
Station 01
Block Breaking Trough
Breaks up pressed date blocks into a form the line can process.
Station 02
Balanced Product Feed Doser
Feeds the broken-up dates to the block breaking machine in an even, controlled flow.
Station 03
Vertical Block Breaking Machine
Separates dates stuck to one another; the fruit breakage rate is measured jointly during commissioning.
Station 04
Aspirated Shaker Screen
Removes dust and light foreign matter from the vibrating product stream by air suction.
Station 05
Date Pitting Machine
Removes the date pit without tearing the flesh; the result is measured with the product during commissioning.
Station 06
Illuminated Sorting Conveyor
Pit fragments and defective fruit are picked out by hand over the illuminated belt.
