Every line is re-arranged for the layout of the facility it ships to. The same product may get a different station order in two facilities; capacity, ceiling height and existing machines change the arrangement.
02Delivery flow
What happens after the machines reach the facility?
In international projects the job does not end when the container is loaded. Which of the steps below is included in your quote is written item by item, together with the delivery terms.

Shipment
The line is broken down into transport-ready sections and prepared for loading. Delivery terms, packaging and loading scope are agreed in writing at the order stage.

Assembly
The stations are placed in sequence according to the facility layout plan; machine connections, the electrical panel and feed lines are completed.

Commissioning
The line is run with real product. Screen, speed, air and dosing settings are tuned to the moisture and grain size of the product to be processed.

Operator training
Your team is trained at the line: operating the machines, changing settings, daily cleaning and maintenance steps.

Spare parts and technical support
Spare part supply and technical support continue after installation. Our machines keep working in the field in the countries we export to.
