Date Processing Line
Our date lines process between 1 and 3 tonnes of product per hour, bringing block opening, pitting, dicing and washing together in a single facility flow.
On the line 01 / 12
Aspirated Shaker Screen
Screens stones and soil out of the product dropping onto its screen deck, while drawing off light matter such as leaves, stems and debris by aspiration. It can perform sizing and foreign matter removal on products such as raisins, beans, chickpeas, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.

Our date processing lines are engineered for capacities from a minimum of 1 tonne up to a maximum of 3 tonnes per hour. The main operations are date pitting, dicing and washing. The shape and size of the finished product are set in the project according to the product to be processed and the target capacity.
The line starts with the block breaking trough; the balanced product feed doser and the vertical block breaking machine separate fruit stuck together. The aspirated shaker screen removes light foreign matter and the product is sorted on the illuminated sorting conveyor; the jacuzzi and the fan-assisted dewatering shaker screen complete washing and the preparation for drying.
The facility is arranged as pitting, cutting and washing sub-lines. Each sub-line can be engineered separately or as an integrated whole, according to the date variety to be processed and the target product form.

The Date Processing Line consists of 3 separate process lines. Each can be installed on its own, or all combined into a single flow.
Process 01
Date Pitting Line
Opens the date blocks, separates the fruit and removes the pit without tearing the flesh.

Cuts the pitted dates into cube form, turning them into processed product.
