Our sun-dried tomato processing lines are engineered to cover the stages from the product's arrival at the facility to its being ready for packaging. The line is arranged as pre-screening, washing, cutting and filling sub-lines.
In the pre-screening stage the product is fed onto the line in a balanced flow; the aspirated shaker screen removes dust, stems and light foreign matter, and defective product is picked out on the illuminated sorting conveyor. In the washing stage the jacuzzi and the brush washing machines clean the product, and the dewatering shaker screen takes off the excess water.
In the cutting stage the product is processed into cubes or strips at the required size; in the filling stage, weighing-based filling stations fill the product into boxes to the target weight. Every line is designed specifically around the properties of the product to be processed and the facility dimensions.

Which process are we building?
The Sun-Dried Tomato Processing Line consists of 4 separate process lines. Each can be installed on its own, or all combined into a single flow.
Process 01
Sun-Dried Tomato Pre-Screening Line
Removes foreign matter from the incoming sun-dried tomatoes and makes the first sorting pass.

Washes the screened product and removes the surface water, readying it for cutting and filling.

Sun-Dried Tomato Cutting Line
Cuts the sun-dried tomatoes into cubes or strips at the required size.

Weighs the processed product and fills it into boxes and packaging units.
