Station 01
Sack Lifting Hoist
Lifts sacks full of product and empties them at the line's feed point.
Station 02
Balanced Product Feed Doser
Feeds the product emptied from the sacks to the block opening conveyor in a steady flow.
Station 03
Wet-Process Block Opening Conveyor
Softens the pressed fig blocks in water and separates the fruit from one another.
Station 04
Vertical Brush Washing Machine
Cleans dust and residues off the fig surface with rotating brushes.
Station 05
Jacuzzi
Washes the product in a bubbling water bath, completing the cleaning.
Station 06
Dewatering Shaker Screen
Removes the excess water on the washed product by vibration.
