Dried Fig Processing Line
Our dried fig lines process between 1 and 3 tonnes of product per hour, bringing block opening, washing, sizing, dicing and paste operations together in a single flow.

Feeding Conveyor
Carries raw or processed product from one point to another. The chassis and trough are built from AISI 304 stainless steel; its PVC cleated belt and large trough volume make it easy to use.

Our dried fig processing lines are engineered for capacities from a minimum of 1 tonne up to a maximum of 3 tonnes per hour. The main operations are fig block opening, washing, sizing, dicing and paste making. The shape and size of the finished product are set in the project according to the product to be processed and the target capacity.
The line starts with the sack lifting hoist and balanced feeding; the wet block opening conveyor separates pressed fig blocks into single fruit. The product is then cleaned by the vertical brush washer, the jacuzzi and the dewatering shaker screen, and is classified and sorted on the sizing shaker screen and the illuminated sorting conveyor.
The dicing machine and the flour dusting cyclone work together on lines where figs are processed into cubes; the cut cubes are dusted with flour so they do not stick to one another. The facility is arranged as washing, sizing, cutting, paste and filling sub-lines according to the customer's needs.

Which process are we building?
The Dried Fig Processing Line consists of 5 separate process lines. Each can be installed on its own, or all combined into a single flow.

Dried Fig Washing Line
Opens the pressed fig blocks, washes the product and removes the surface water.

Classifies the figs by size, sorts them on the picking belt and transfers them into crates.

Dried Fig Cutting Line
Cuts the figs into cube form and dusts the cubes with flour so they do not stick.

Processes the figs into paste, preparing raw material for the food industry.
