Every surface that touches the product is food-grade stainless
Material choice is one of the first questions in facility audits. Across all raisin, dried apricot, dried fig, sun-dried tomato and date lines, the body and product-contact surfaces are built from stainless steel; moving parts such as motors, gearboxes and bearings are standard products in their own classes.
