Our raisin processing lines are engineered to process from a minimum of 1 tonne up to a maximum of 5 tonnes per hour. Raisin varieties grown in Iran, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Türkiye can be processed on these lines; custom builds in different shapes and dimensions are also possible depending on the place and purpose of use.
The line carries out, in sequence: separating blocks and fruit stuck together, cleaning, debris removal, washing, capstem removal, sizing, and weighing and filling into boxes. Raw product thus turns into boxed product within a single flow.
Every project is engineered separately around the properties of the product to be processed, the target capacity and the facility dimensions. Stainless steel is used on product-contact surfaces, and the line layout is shaped to the facility's available space.

How does the product travel down the line?
- 01
Crate Tipping Machine
Tips crates full of product in a controlled hydraulic motion, emptying them into the feed hopper at the head of the line.
Crate Tipping Machine
- 02
Dosing Conveyor
Doses the feed rate at an adjustable speed, reducing product pile-up and balancing the line's output.
Agitated Dosing Hopper
- 03
Product Transfer Conveyor
Carries the dosed product on a food-grade belt to the next processing station.
Feeding Conveyor
- 04
Vertical Block Breaking Machine
Separates raisins that have caked and stuck together during storage; the berry breakage rate is measured jointly during commissioning.
Vertical Block Breaking Machine

Aspirated Shaker Screen
Removes stems, dust and light foreign matter from the vibrating product stream by air suction.
Aspirated Shaker Screen
- 06
Rotary Screen and 7-Stage Cascade Washing
Washes the product in a stepped water flow while settling out heavy foreign matter such as stones and sand.
Stone and Sand Separation Cascade
- 07
Capstem Removal Machine
Breaks off the capstems (small stalk tips) left on the raisins and separates them from the product.
Capstem Removal Machine
- 08
Product Transfer Screw Conveyor
Moves the washed product on to the following stations by screw conveyor.
Feeding Screw Conveyor
- 09
Balanced Product Feed Doser
Spreads the product onto the sorting belt in an even, uniform layer.

Illuminated Sorting Conveyor
Defective berries and foreign matter are picked out by hand as the product moves over the illuminated belt.

Box Filling Scale
Weighs the sorted product to the target weight, fills it into boxes and completes the line.
