Dicing Machine
The dicing machine cuts dried apricots, figs and dates into cubes or slices at the required size. The cut size is adjusted to the product by changing the blade set.
01Working principle

The product is loaded into the feed hopper and delivered to the cutting section in a controlled flow.

The product is aligned before cutting so it enters the blade set squarely.

The blade set first slices the product, then cuts it into cubes at the required size.

The cut product is taken from the collection chute and transferred to the next station.
- 05
The blade set can be changed for the product group; the cut size is adjusted this way.
